This is not a 5 star hotel The hotel is clean, has lovely staff and has a gorgeous view but that’s all that it has going for it. We always look for good entertainment but at this hotel, it is dire. Probably the worst we have experienced from around the world. The same artist all week who is not a great singer, and loud crass entertainment later on when we wanted to sleep. Cocktails and drinks are not great on all inclusive. Food is ok. This hotel could be fantastic but is far from 5 star right now.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The receptionists are friendly and professional, always ready to help. The animation team is a bit shy to invite you to activities unless you are Italian. If you are not shy, you can join them yourself, but I felt they didn’t take much extra care of us. A few of them even seemed a bit unpleasant when we wanted to join bingo. Food is good, though we expected more seafood and freshness given the location. Drinks were good as well. One important note: on the last day, we discovered that €100 was missing from our room. We reported it at reception and filled out a form, but we had to leave before it was resolved. I don’t want to blame anyone, but I strongly recommend using the safe in the room to avoid this kind of situation. Overall, it was a nice stay with a few points that could be improved. **Upgrade:** I am really disappointed with the management of this hotel. We’ve been trying to get some closure regarding the missing money, but they just keep brushing us off, only repeating that the money should have been kept in the safe. I’m not ignorant — I know that. I simply want to understand if they’ve reached any closure or taken any responsibility. I don’t even care about the stolen money anymore; what matters to me is how they treat their guests in what’s supposed to be a five-star hotel. It’s extremely disrespectful. I also want to make it clear that I’m not blaming the hotel staff — they were very kind and did their best. The issue is with the upper management, whose behavior has been completely unprofesional. Nice hotel directly at the beach, we have been here in May 2025. Food super (Italian Management), Espresso at the bars perfect. Friendly animation team. Had a room at the back side first, airconditioner broke 2 times. Then we got a new room directly at the see side, fully rennovated. We plan to come back in May 2026 :-)

We really loved our stay here. Children loved both the pool and the ocean with waves. Our 11 year old preferred to go into the ocean with swimming buoy. Kids under 130 cm will have hard time if they cannot swim. The ocean is not good for longer technical swimming. Just bouncing on waves and surfing. It was alright though. We didn’t have single issue with the hotel.

Beautiful location and super staff. Rooms are pleasant and cleaned well but need some tlc, but noticed lots of them are currently being upgraded - so watch this space!
