Absolutely lovely spot right on the beach — elegant, calm and beautifully cared for. The service is friendly and genuine, the food is fresh and home-cooked using local ingredients and authentic recipes. Spacious seating directly on the sand with just a few sunbeds, so it never feels crowded or noisy. Cocktails are excellent, and everything is kept very clean and well presented. A delightful place to relax by the sea. Highly recommended.

Delicious food and nice service. They cook everything with olive oil which makes it particularly tasty. I recommend having the catch of the day. We stayed there for a week and also rented the umbrellas at a very fair price (10€ per day). Will come again next year!

Toca da Garoupa is an amazing restaurant. I’ve spent 10 days in Boa Vista and was there every day. Renting the sun loungers is very easy and not too expensive. The food there is always fresh and the dishes are amazing (I especially recommend the fish pasta👌👌). In the evening the restaurant is closed so I was eating in other restaurants but for lunch toca da garoupa is the way to go! Also the service and waiters are exceptional - polite, no stress but still very attentive. 10/10

A very nice family-owned beach restaurant with nice views, fresh seafood (the tuna was especially delicious). They are kids- and baby-friendly. We went a few times for lunch and an early dinner. The owners are very nice and accommodating.

I went to this place several times during my visit to Boa Vista. Cozy and comfortable, in front of the beach, a perfect spot to relax. Several dish options, drinks and cold beer. Also if you have restrictions you can ask for a different menu. My wife is vegan and they prepared her a special lunch. Shout out to the owners Rose and Athila who are amazing and very helpful.
