We went to the restaurant for a birthday lunch. The place is quite spacious and nicely decorated. We took 3 dishes to share: yassa chicken, amberjack in orange sauce and the parmigiana eggplant, accompanied by bread, sauteed potatoes with garlic and mixed salad. The food was good, especially the fish. We also took the place's signature drink - Sodade and the maracuja Caipirinha. We finished with the desserts - cheesecake with baobab fruit and crumble. The desserts were brought by the staff that sang "happy birthday" a capella :) Overall a nice experience, we recommend while on Boa Vista.

By far the best restaurant in Sal Rei and at a good fair price. The tartar with capers genius! The carpaccio and the ceviche are also very good! The inside garden is very cool and the all place has a very chilled vibe. They also serve various nice cocktails. Be aware the tonic water in the gin tonic is charged separately. It's somehow indicated on the menu but not easy to spot

Wonderful place to listen to Music and have Dinner. Kind of local tapas. Better to reserve. The Best Place was in the Garden. Great Service. After Dinner we stayed at the Bar and enjoyed fantástic local Music

The best restaurant on the island. The atmosphere is incredible—super cozy, with live music that makes everything perfect. The service is very friendly, helpful, and cheerful without being intrusive. Fast service and amazing food. We highly recommend the fish pudding and the tuna meatballs with curry sauce. They were also very kind and helpful in arranging a surprise candle on the dessert so we could sing happy birthday

The restaurant has a nice ambience, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. It took around 30 minutes before anyone came to take our order, and then a further 20 minutes for drinks to arrive. When I ordered my food, both the starter and main course I originally chose were not available, so I had to select two alternative options. This wasn’t the waiter’s fault, and we were told that on a Saturday it’s always like this. Given the very high reviews, I was really expecting more. The fish portion I eventually received was also quite small, which made it feel like the restaurant may have been running low on supplies. There aren’t many dining options in town, which may explain why the restaurant remains busy, but overall the experience didn’t live up to expectations
