Very generous portion sizes. Good food and friendly sizes. Of course there is a typical wait time of about 1h but that is standard in CV. A little more expensive than other restaurants but it is definitely worth every penny.

Finally a restaurant in Cabo Verde, where you do not have to wait for hours for your food. The more affluent locals come here for dinner by car at 10 PM. So do not be astonished to be alone at 8:00 p.m. It is really only a short walk up the hill from the roundabout with the gas station. The food is standard Caboverdian fare, but very nicely prepared. The portions are generous.

Sem dúvida melhor comida na ilha do fogo. Garoupa suada e bife de vaca são os meus favoritos. Lugar limpo e aconchegante, com excelente atendimento e atenção. Definitivamente vou revisitar.

Since we can't repeat ourselves, we recommend this place in Sao Filipe. We ate grilled grouper and grilled sierra steak, and everything was delicious and very reasonably priced.
