A man came to our table after we (two persons) were seated and had already ordered food. He asked us to move because a family of four needed the table where we got seated by the waitress originally. Not knowing that we were talking to the manager we agreed thinking a family with kids needed the table. Since some tables were marked as reserved, we said “yes, but please inform the waitress or manager before we change” because we did not want to create confusion or upset the staff. The man acted arrogant and gave a downgrading look to the waitress remarking sarcastically “Oh, she is the manager?”. We went to the other table which was a shaking tiny table next to a running generator. Only then the waitress told us that the man was the boss/owner. Apart from not having introduced himself as the person in charge, insulting his waitress in front of us, having downgraded us badly in quality of seating he left a nice table for six empty the whole time we were sitting in the restaurant. The nice table was still empty when we left, no reservation sign on it like on other tables! He clearly wanted to maximize his profit on the cost of our dinner experience. Worst restaurant by far on our whole trip to Capo Verde. The food was okay, not more. There are many better restaurants in Tarrafal!

This was the perfect place to have our last meal in Tarrafal. It's such a great restaurant! Even the owner is serving tables and is very welcoming. The service is spot on... And obviously the food was delicious 😋 Pizza is a must! But our fish dish was also delightful, as well as the dessert and the artisans beers. We just enjoyed the whole experience and definitely a restaurant I highly recommend!

Don’t think twice this is a must in tarrafal. We went 2 different nights and both times food was perfect ! Get the fish of the day and a pizza. Healthy /clean /amazing quality. Affordable. Although, it’s where tourist come but it’s definitely NOT a tourist trap. Owner is great and friendly. Didn’t have any deserts so no comments on that.

Delicious pizza! Cozy setting just minutes from Tarrafal beach. The pizza with nutella, banana, and ice cream was heavenly!
