The owners are absolutely lovely people! The room we stayed in was perfect, had every amenity we needed and more (air-con, fan, nice shower, ...). A lovely roof terrace to enjoy the evening on a beautiful island and meet other tenants. Includes access to a well-equiped shared kitchen, which we didn't take advantage of due to how delicious the food is in town, but could come in useful for longer stays. We would recommend this to absolutely anyone on holiday in Porto Novo.

Fantastic, totally recommended. The rooms are extremely clean and spacious. Joao and Flor are excellent hosts, with a big knowledge of the island, helped us arrange everything with the transport along the island and their recommendations about restaurants and routes where amazing.

This Residencial was a very nice place to relax and experience Porto Novo. Everything was super clean, the room was very comfortable, there is a well equipped kitchen and beautiful terrace and the owners were lovely. Additionally I got picked up from the harbour when I arrived. I would recommend this place 10/10 times.

A super welcoming and extremely clean house. We have our own apartment with all the comforts. You feel like you're at home. The owners are incredibly kind, a sweet couple, and they help you with everything you need to organize your treks.
