This is the go to place for a short or long staycation. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the food is great! I stayed in room #4 and it was like staying in a studio apartment. The a/c worked good with 2 fans hanging on each wall to compliment and it and create a nice cold air flow. The bed is comfortable and the decor just made it feel like a temporary home. I highly recommend this place!

Very nice restaurant! Great service, excellent salafs, great drinks. Staff is doing their very best! Worth it!! 4 stars is for the restaurant. Did not try the hotel.

Not sure where those 4 stars come from. Location was great, breakfast pretty good - otherwise more like a hostel. And for that, it came at a premium price.

Great hotel, with very modern decor. Not every room has an air conditioner, you have to ask for that. And the master bedrooms / king suites are what's in the website photos. Not all rooms look like that or are that big

Stayed at the hotel at the beginning and the end of my trip with my sister in Cabo Verde. The location is easy to reach from the airport. We arranged a driver with the hotel and he was the first local we met. So polite and knowledgeable, funny and helpful. Around 12 euros a ride. The room was pretty big, clean and with all we needed. Nice terrace facing the park. Very close to the most beautiful beach in Mindelo, the art museum is just down the street, restaurants, bars and shops everywhere. The staff at the hotel is nice and welcoming. It's a hotel, a restaurant and a bar. In the evening it's a spot for locals and tourists to get together, concerts with live local music. We are happy with our stay at Prassa 3 ☺️
