The rooms are ok, no air-condition, no free drinking water during the stay. It would be nice to have some drinks available to buy because the town is a bit far walking distance and also the shop. We stayed most of the time at the swimming pool, which was clean and nice. The breakfats was very nice with local sweets nd fruit options. There was no wifi available during our stay. The staff was very helpful and kind.

Rooms are basic but nice. No airco. First evening no water and for the rest: barely water. Breakfast is good with only local food. Some brown bread would be welcome. Swimming pool is very nice. The receptionist is funny in a positive way. Very, very friendly. Also the owners are very friendly.

Nice starting point for visiting Cidade Velha and going to the Beach. A pity that the swimming pool is only open till 6pm. We were here 4.4-5.4.2024 and would have enjoyed the pool after a warm day and hiking under 30’C. The owners made no exception for us. Breakfast is fine. Some tables to chill out. It stayed tropically warm at night, so air conditioning could have made a difference.

Rude and agressive staff. It's simply not safe to stay there. The WiFi was non-existent, no one spoke English, in the evening no one was on sight to address any issues. The pool is tiny with cloudy water, and very limited hours. No AC, which was okay for me just with a fan, but most people wouldn't tolerate the heat. Needless to say they do not accept credit cards. Unclear how this is a 3 star hotel.
