First of all the adres you get is not the reall adres, they bring you to another location where you get a room right next to the busiest loudest street in the city. Then you hear your neighbors snoring through the walls. And everything is broken. The door handle, the toilet seat, the shower, the clothing hanger... They clearly didn't invest in a long time in the room. That's what you get for going cheap i guess... Definitely would not recommend staying here !

Horrible experience. The property does not match the description I had on Booking for various reasons I detailed below : 1 - They mentioned the room included AC which was absolutely not covered at all 2 - They charged more than the Price mentioned on Booking for a room with AC while AC was already included in the price 3 - No support was provided. I had 2 suitcases and they made me climb until the 2nd stairs. I do not recommend at all. They are not serious nor respectful

Our flight was canceled so we couldn't arrive to stay in this guesthouse and the host was very kind and approved our cancellation for free. Thank you !!!

I only stayed 1 night so it wasn’t much but I considered this hotel again went I went back to Praia but was completely booked. The room was simple but equipped with a fridge. This was a great plus seeing the temperature in Praia. It is really well located as it is in Plateau. Also, it was really cheap for the location. The person working there were super nice and gave me tips to get taxis, ordered my taxi to go to the port, to get tickets close to the hotel and so on. I would say that having the bathroom outside my room is not my favorite option but it wasn’t so much of a hassle. People should consider that because it is in the heart of the city it is quite noisy at night especially in the weekend. Overall it was a great stay and thanks for the great tips!

Certain rooms are a bit more expensive, have air conditioner, your own street door, and are way, way more silent. No soundproofing but the place was more silent, no traffic, no alcohol-associated noise. The more expensive room had one fascinating peculiarity -- an almost empty room that made the place quite spacious. I recommend that option. You definitely need that AC and the the street was really quiet during the night. The cheaper room had no AC; was radically less silent and smaller. Price : quality ratio is worse but might be a choice when on budget and needing just shower, linen, fridge and ventilator to make some noise that helps you to sleep. Both options are very clean rather than clean but the rooms feel really different. I do not dare to recommend the cheaper option. Service was good, no complaints about people. You can choose between good room and cheap room.
