Best Hotel I have been in 30 days at Cape Verd. The service of their employees is perfect and always smiling and curious to talk with you. I also appreciate the support from day 1 of Jair , the director , that always meet you in breakfast and ask if we need anything. Congratulations Jair and team because this last 4 days had been the best among the 30 days in Cape Verd. Thanks.

Good value Hotel, gets booked up quickly. Amazing rooms all facing the beach with lots of activities to watch. The rooms are very big with living room comfy beds. The breakfast is very nice with local food, the beautiful staff so professional warm and kind. Location is the best spot on the Terrafal beach. There are local women with BBQ chicken on sticks it’s very good street food. We had the best vacation ever.

The location of the hotel is incredibly nice, it’s beside the beach with a very beautiful view. The food was pretty good, with kind and fast staff members.

Nice, small hotel. The food in the restaurant is outsanding, delicious and a real eyecatcher, presented in a fancy, modern way. Sadly the staff, although very friendly is very very slow - or celebrating africas "no stress" attitude. Beer is only served in 0.2 glasses - and if empty you need to be lucky, that staff member is coming by. Than it takes only 10 minutes till your get a new ones. Sadly the staff don't speak english well enough to understand the whole order so the breakfast menu (if there's no buffett) becomes a surprise. The rooms are big, spacious and modern - even well equipped with pots and cuttlery. Which is funny because there is no oven stove at the room. The hotel manager was very friendly and helpful since TAP air Portugal messes up to deliver our baggages. Outstanding service and kindness! Next to the hotel there are one big (main) beach and smaller one with good opportunities for snorkeling. And you should love dogs, the stray dogs are everywhere around. Mostly friendly.

Upside: all the fysical facilities are excellent: modern, clean, comfortable. The location and the views are fantastic. Food was good. WiFi superb. Some shading on the panoramic terrace would make it much nicer. Downside: management and staff could have been so much better. Unattentive, busy with themselves rather than hospitable towards their guests. Not unfriendly but uninspired / not really interested. Manager smoking outside next to the main front entrance... In short: excellent hardware but badly managed.
