Worst hotel experience ever, rooms are dirty, no hot shower, and I had my money stolen and the hotel didn't do anything to compensate for the stolen amount, policemen came to investigate and we are merely given a police report. No accountability from the hotel, a 4 star hotel with so much lack of security features including cctv, don't book for this or you might be a next victim!!!

Absolutely not worth the price. Everything is damaged. WiFi is not working. Toilet is terrible (the lid does not open all the way). You can not lock the doors, and there is no Safe available. There are no outlets at the Bed...and so on its crazy how this is supposed to be a 4 star hotel for this price. We have been in way better apartments and hostels for less money.

Hotel location is perfect. Food and services are great. Room is good but can be better. It was my first time in Mindelo and it was a very memorable experience especially coming from the other side of the world. . . .that was my trip in January 2021. . .

Nice hotel but be prepared to not get any sleep all night if you stay here during the weekends. There is an outdoor stage next to the hotel and the music blasts from 11.30pm to 5-6am the next day. The windows tremble from the sound and you basically feel as though the party is in your room.

Nice location and good food with professional catering staff. Main building is just basic, lacks ambience, wifi is poor in certain parts of the building and hotel staff could do better in terms of hospitality and customer satisfaction.
