We ate in the Restaurant and I can only speak for that. The food was so amazing that we ate here 4 times! One of the best meals in all of Cape Verde we definitely had here: Fresh Tuna (a huge piece) that comes on a sizzling lava rock accompanied with veggies and rice and 2 sauces. Simply divine!! So you can basically decide how long you want your tuna cooked. The quality was top notch so you can easily eat it rare. We also tried the fish curry (very tasty sauce and delicious pieces of fish), Veggie massala and Veggie soup. Everything was great (maybe veggie soup at last), but the fish was outstanding. I would reserve a table- just in case there is a tour group that evening. We also tried the Petite Gateau dessert (lava cake with vanilla ice cream). A nice finish to the meal :-)

The best stay in Cap Verde! The room we stayed in was amazing, beautiful, comfy bed, absolutely clean and a wide view over the city. On the roof was a rooftop bar with cosy sofas to chill and the pool was super refreshing with a panoramic view over the city. Very relaxing! Breakfast was included and a mix of local and continental and very yummy. The hospitality of the owner was outstanding! He helped with everything, super recommendations around the area and the city; and even when we had trouble the next day with tickets he went to agency’s for us and organized everything! We loved it and hope to be back here sometime! 🤩

Lovely little guesthouse in the centre of the village. We had a cosy and clean room close to the rooftop terrace which offers a spectacular view on the ocean and the neighbouring island. There is also a pool, which is small but nice and clean and very refreshing. Very friendly and helpful manager. The restaurant offers excellent food (in particular the fish dishes).

Really nice place. Bedrooms are nicely furnished (AC & hot water) and food is really tasty. Staff is Profesional. Dogs may be noisy sometimes but as often in CV. Swimming pool is just incredible. Owner is really nice to talk with and will do everything to make your stay perfect. Probably the best place in Fogo.
