Highly recommend staying here if you travel to Mindelo! The owner Isabel and the rest of the staff who work there are extremely kind and welcoming. The breakfast is delicious and there is a beautiful outdoor terrace to eat as well as roof top to relax and chill. When I left the hotel and got to the airport I realized I left my headphones in the room. When I called the hotel they were so kind and sent a driver with my headphones and a printed sign with my name on it so I could find them. This is an example of how truly kind and helpful the people who work at Kira’s are. I cannot thank them enough!! Don’t miss out on this hotel.

What a fabulous place. Isabel and her staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. The hotel itself is a beautiful old building conveniently located near the CNAD building. We had no concerns or hassle walking around the area and into the centre of Mindelo in the daytime/early evening. Breakfast was fabulous, both quality and quantity! We had the ground floor room which is next to reception and the courtyard. We were warned that it might be a little noisy when we booked, but to be honest, we didn’t notice. We would not hesitate to recommend Kira’s and would certainly stay again if in Mindelo.

You need to stay at this hotel when you come to Cabo Verde. Everyone is so nice and helpful, the rooms are very tidy and cosy, and the breakfast is superb. The location is also great. I'm definitely coming back!

We stayed at a couple hotels in Sao Vicente but our stay at Kira’s was absolutely the best. Genuine friendly staff, clean rooms, central location, great breakfast. I would 100% stay here again

Wonderful hotel with very friendly staff and a nice rooftop lounge. A bit noisy on the street side, but very conveniently located close to the heart of the city. Fully recommend it!
