We had a few times dinner over here. Bruschetta, cheeseplate, spaghetti bolognese, housewine and the merlotwine What a surprise. The pasta was really good. Probably by the sauce which had a great taste and some pieces of cheese. It was hot served in a roomtemperature plate. So it has to be! Housewine was also average ok, but it had to be a little bit warmer. Merlot was ok. Service was good but, friendly staff. Atmosphere was ok. A suggestion for improvement is, when you walk from the frontside backwards, to put some small lamps on the ceiling or the wall at the left side. The right side is giving a more pleasant romantic feeling, the left side has much less atmosphere. Toilet (men) was small but clean. But end of all .. we had a great time with good food. No ritorniamo a Sorrento, ma ritorniamo a il Faro. Era buono :-) Salve, arriverderci, ciao!

By far one of the best restaurants in Sal / Cape Verde! Simple, great taste and a hidden gem. Expect mistakes, wrong dishes but also great Pinot Grigio and splendig food! Ask them nót to bring the appetizer together with the main course. They did anyway, but the Italian manager lady fixed it. We actually came back a second time. You won't see this restaurant from the outside easily. But go here! You won't be disappointed. And make a reservation! The bruscetta is delicious, the salad as well and they have the best spaghetti all arabiatta! One of the best Italian restaurants in Sal! It's a hidden gem... make a reservation and go! Enjoy....

Surprisingly Cabo Verde has better italian food than Italy. The staff, the quality and portion of the food, the atmosphere is just amazing. We went back two times, never left disappointed. Our waiter Laurence (I hope I spelled it right) made our experience complete with his kindness. If the boss reads this, he deserve a raise!

Great Italian restaurant. The food was really good, and our waiter was very polite! The location is a bit tucked away, and from the outside it doesn’t look very inviting. However, there’s a large courtyard inside with a really lovely atmosphere. Recommended to visit when you’re in Santa Maria (try the pasta’s with fresh pesto).

Incredible Italian food! We went back twice it was so good. The gorgonzola Gnocchi, tagliatelle Alfredo, pesto pasta were all perfect
