They tried charging us at our arrival more than the booked price. Old hotel trying to simulate being modern, but not achieving it. Pool is poorly taken care off. Atrocius service and room service. Also, do not even try their food. Will never recommend it and will never come back. Can’t even believe it is a 4 star hotel.

We had an interesting experience with some changes at the beginning. What is worthwhile saying is that whatever you might face there are very friendly empathetic employees and manager to solve it. If you want good sea view it is from 5th floor.

The hotel and staff were amazing. The food is really good and the hotel is located in a great location next to the beach. I've stayed here multiple times on separate occasions passing through praia and this one of the best hotels I've stayed at. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We have used VIP HOTEL many times, for staying over as well the banquet room. We have had large groups as well single occupancy. Anytime there was an unexpected situation, the staff was prompt to resolve the issue. We love the place and the convenience of the location, which has the cinema, a supermarket, several restaurants and you can truly walk to the beach with a nice view.
