We stayed here for three days while exploring this part of the island. The hotel has a great location. It's in very good condition, clean, and well-maintained. There's an open-air restaurant. Rooms have terraces. We had a room with a kitchenette and a private terrace. The room had air conditioning, two TVs, a refrigerator, a microwave, etc., and was cleaned daily. The furniture was colonial-style and wooden. The service was very friendly, creating a chill-out atmosphere. There's an outdoor area for relaxing and a hammock. The breakfast buffet offers something for everyone. I highly recommend it.

Great location, decent room but on the 3rd floor with no elevator, which was a problem for luggage (4 women and no help offered). No welcome whatsoever: no greeting, no conversation, the owner sets the tone, very unpleasant and closed off. The staff follow suit, unfortunately, with no interaction. It's a far cry from the hospitality of Cape Verdeans!
