Don't let the floral and garden appearance on the outside decieve you like it did to us, this place was one of the most nightmarish hotel experiences that my wife and I had ever experienced and I lived in rual Nigeria for a long time so I know what a rural place should be like. Our first room smelled extremely strongly of mold but we thought at first that we could overcome it by leaving the air conditioning on, which only increased the mold smell. We tried to ignore this too before realizing the bathroom was in a terrible condition and the toilet wouldn't even flush. We were transfered to a second room and thought everything was settled because despite visible water damage the smell was at least bearable. This began the worst part of the nightmare in which we kept finding giant spiders in several places across the damaged places all over the room. We decided to take a break in the restaurant only to encounter several cockroaches, ants, sticky tables, and a green pool that was not maintained at all. We were so sick of the unsanitary conditions, attitude from the staff, and generally creepy vibe of the whole place which felt abandoned that we decided to travel back home to Praia which almost ruined the vacation I had planned for my wife's birthday. I have never left a negative review like this before but I feel like warning people because it was such an impactfully bad experience for us.

Worst hotel experience ever. 2 unengaged employees, not capable of the simplest service. Cockroaches in bar and rooms. Moisture and mold in rooms. Rooms dirty and stinky. No towels, no toilet paper. Cold shower. Half of the light bulbs broken. Compliments to the breakfast lady who managed a smile and a decent selection for breakfast. Very sad, since the place has so much potential.

From the outside the Hotel looked good, but the rooms were small and the furniture was outdated. The airconditioning wasn’t working properly and the room wasn’t clean. Wifi wasn’t working, the water in the swimmingpool was green and we had to wait very long for some food. In general, a bad experience.

Non c’è un bar, non ce un ristorante, le camere sono sporche, non c’è acqua calda, personale assente, alla piscina non ci siamo nemmeno avvicinati per quanto fosse lontanamente e visibilmente sporca. L’unica cosa bella, anzi magnifica era la vista mozzafiato dal balcone. Se volete passare una bella vacanza spensierata non andateci.
