To absolutely avoid at all cost. Room was not ready at checkin but could’ve lived with that if the room would’ve not been a biohazard. Extremely mouldy smell from the second you opened the door. Unbearable and so unhealthy. I’m sure we avoided sth by changing hotels (what was not easy bc of carnival). Ok, it was cheap for European standards, but a room that is not sticky and without hairs everywhere is a minimum. And the checkout was even more annoying than checkin because the owner/ manager was extremely rude and not even interested in why we were leaving. Still have a complaint against him through Booking where he accused me of not paying - funny because I have all the payment details in my credit card report. Unfortunately I didn’t take any pictures of the room but you can’t capture smell on a picture nor was I going to zoom in on the gross on the floor.

Disgrace to be called a hotel, we make reservation and reached to hotel to check in earlier and it was not problem until we arrive to hotel. Then we waited 2 hours in lobby to be placed in dirty room without internet, AC and tv. On sheets was used condom🤦♂️. When we reported all issues to reception we got answered that they will have new room for us during our stay ,not sure exacly which day. Location of hotel is false, hotel is located on white road 500m behinde pin on google maps, and puctures are stolen from other hotels in area. On current location of this hotel is Aparthotel Las rochas what actually offers pool and all other listed amenities. Please avoid this turist trap and book your stay anywere else.

My bf and I ate here last night. The food was the tastiest we have had during our time in Cape Verde so far. The choices were limited to fish, but it was amazing and excellent value.
