The owner absolutely needs to do some work to improve the quality of the accommodation. The air conditioning is broken, the fan is noisy, and the gas hob is from the 1950s.

Apartment from another era, non-existent service, very expensive considering what's offered – avoid it at all costs, which is what we did

The apartment was okay, but the problem was the maintenance: the microwave and air conditioning didn't work, the equipment was very basic, even inadequate, and there was a broken window. Considering the price, I strongly advise against it.
