Excellent service, super clean rooms and a great restaurant (and breakfast !) make this hotel the best place to stay in Brava. A big thank you to Andy for a truly warm hospitality :)

We travelled from Praia via Fogo to Brava. Our luggage was left behind at Praia airport and there was, of course, quite some panic at Fogo Airport because we were not the only ones to not have got our luggage. Anyway, we had to travel on by ferry to Brava and to our destination - Hotel Cruz Grande, Nova Sintra - the same evening. So we arrived there with only bar essentials - iphone, ipad but no chargers - and no toiletries. Though it was quite late, we were greeted by the owner and told, not to worry, he’d try and get for us everything we needed. And true to his word, after we’d been served a meal, we were provided with the necessary charger and toiletries. We had a big room with good shower unit and the kitchen team served good meals. Very happy to recommend to any visitors to Brava and full marks for perfect customer service.

great hotel, they even arranged the late night pick up from the ferry port to the hotel, suggested tours etc. recommended!

The Architecture of the Hotel is nice but they to work better is their service.
