House keeping was nice and friendly, however hotel management was terrible. I was given one price over the phone but my 12 year old daughter was considered and “adult” so the price was increased at checkout for the two of us. We took cold showers several times because the hot water tank needed to be turned on. The WiFi was limited to the reception area and did not reach the rooms. The shower water did not drain properly and when I asked management to clear the drain his response was that I must be turning the faucet on to high!
