During my two-week stay in Boa Vista, I had a latte and/or beer at this bar almost every day. The atmosphere is simply perfect. The bar owners are so kind and having a pool right at the bar is just great. Aside from the tasty dishes and drinks, making friends at the bar is so easy! Everybody is just so kind. One of the best parts about the bar, however, is the 80s music! I just loved having a latte and reading my book at the bar or pool. I miss Boa Vista so much and when I return, I will definitely come back to this bar - daily! Heel erg bedankt voor de gezelligheid, lieve mensen.

My wifi order 2 Coffee and one big bottle of water waiting me for share a breakfast and you receive me désagréablement like a rubber in your empty place. We understand why, you forget your sens of belgium hospitalité. You're unique at smiling Boavista.

Visited today, this place is outstanding. Food outstanding, bar service outstanding. I can not rate ElciBar enough. A Visit here is highly recommended.

A nice and local pool bar and restaurant at the sea front by Vila Cabral 2. Food is good and the prices are reasonable. The staff are nice and friendly and there is free WiFi.
