An island of calm and relaxation on one of the most beautiful islands of Cape Verde. We had our best dinner and breakfast for the entire trip at this place. The little pool was wonderful after the long hike in the hot sun. Our room was simple and charming and located in one of several darling little houses located on the property. The owner is enthusiastic and very supportive (she organized for my hiking boot to get repaired within a couple hours). Don't get between her and her dog though ;-) Fantastic place - very much recommended.

We spent an incredible 4 nights at Kasa D’Igreja. Mimi is a wonderful host - she gave great advice about hikes we could do and served us delicious (vegetarian, because we asked, others had what looked like very well cooked and tasty fish) dinners. Staying in one of the tents is something I can wholeheartedly recommend. It’s a unique experience in a unique location, like you’re at the edge of the world. Paradise!

Awesome and simple ecohouse. Very friendly owners. Diners and breakfast were very nice and well cooked. Diner was served with other guests, and it was nice to get to know the follow travelers. Beautyfull location with several nice options for hiking, if you like a challenge as well :)

Really nice place, but unfortunately I don’t recommend sleeping in the tents. The beds were covered in ants — not just a few, but literally hundreds. I woke up covered in ant bites :( Really overpriced stay for sleeping in a tent.

Beautiful tranquil location in nature. Well designed garden with various accommodation options. Excellent food, Pool. Wifi. Very clean. Kind host. Good start/ endpoint for costal trail to Ponta do Sol.
