Nice hotel with big rooms, good shower and comfortable bed, but way to expensive for what you get. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is okay, but for this price you expect a lot more. They don't have a reception and you have to open the front door with a code, this is not very convenient. All in all we had a good stay, but will not return because of the ridiculous price.

The check-in & check-out went a bit strange as there is no real reception (or someone present 24/7) But the quality & friendliness of the service employees compensated the wait. At the end, the room was great and very clean The pool on the rooftop was not really a pool but more a big bath with a GREAT view on the city. The breakfast was a great start of the day as it was extensive! So in the end, we had a great stay at this appartement hotel.

Just returned from a 7 night stay. The hotel is lovely, it is obviously very different from the large all inclusive hotels further along the coast. There is not a 24hr reception but staff can be contacted 24/7. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff are great and really kind and helpful. Breakfast is varied and good quality. We loved the location, as it is central in Santa Maria and you get more of a local feel. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby and the beach is a 3min walk. If you don’t want a large all inclusive type hotel, this is a great option.

I have visited this rooftop bar on several occasions. Each time the service has been poor despite the bar being empty apart from 2or 3 people in the bar. Offers Happy Hour no menu , for this either. No acknowledgement of our arrival, had to get menu ourself. Girl from behind the bar left the bar and we were left waiting after 15minutes no service, no drink we left.. No wonder the bar is always empty, it could be so lucrative and profitable.

Be careful this is not a hotel. It’s a service apartment, so there is no one available at night or sometimes you have to wait even when you check in. English is not always available when you make a request. Do not expect hotel-quality services. This place is definitely over-priced, but may be this is the island’s price. I also believe over-rated. Our booking was missing - the manager said she was too busy to check it. She promised we would get a discount, but it never happened. The shower did not have enough hot water - it turned into lukewarm after 3min. (And can’t complain because no one available at night) it took a whole day to recover. No kettle for tea, no glass for toothbrush. The breakfast was mostly cold stuff, and too slow as only one person serves before 9am. The infinity pool on the top was a just a big bath with a good view - good for dipping but not for swimming. This place is for adults only -perhaps adults with patience😂 This is a place that you should not pursue any prompt services. 😊However Sal island is a lovely place wherever you stay. Enjoy slow, laid-back atmosphere here.
