We had an amazing experience during our week of kitesurf initiation at Surf Hub with Chu! We were three of us learning, and one having fun kitesurfing on her own with the school’s material. The setup worked perfectly because we had time to exercise, observe, and integrate what we were learning while waiting for our turn. The step-by-step approach was ideal: challenging enough to push us just beyond our comfort zone, but always in a safe and caring way. Thanks to Chu’s expertise, attention, and care, we all managed to get up on the board by the end of the 5th day. We were absolutely ecstatic! 😄 The team at Surf Hub gives you a family feeling that you won’t get in bigger schools. I am so happy we have chosen them. My 2 twelve year old boys had 4 surf lessons. Two singles and a double where we travelled up the coast to catch more wind. The staff were brilliant and had both boys standing on the first lesson. They continued to progress quickly. The staff were patient, kind and knowledgeable. My kids loved it. Big thanks!!

We booked two private surf lessons and can highly recommend this surf school. Communication with the owner Amy via WhatsApp was smooth and very friendly. On site, we quickly got our equipment. Our instructor Tchu was fantastic – he explained everything clearly and patiently, and we felt very safe with him in the water. The lessons took place right at the beach of Santa Maria with perfect beginner-friendly waves, which made the experience even more fun. We truly enjoyed every moment!

I booked 10h of surf lessons with this school. The experience was great with them and I learned a lot. I recommend this school and I would definitely book again with them if I come back to Sal. The lessons were with few people so they were always paying attention to you and correcting your mistakes. My instructor was Ruben and he was great, very patient, kind and a great teacher!

Great kiting school, Both Amy (the owner) and the instructors are very friendly and supportive. I had most of my lessons with Leonardo and I can really recommend him. He gave ma a lot of good feedback and had a lot of patience even when I was repeating some mistakes. Capo Verde is a bit tough place to learn (mainly due to waves) but I still feel like I improved my skills and gained a lot of control that I was lacking before. Thanks!
