I came here for dinner time and it was busy but almost one hour waiting time to get food is too much. It's a shame because the food was good, prices are fair and the menu offers smaller and bigger portions of things so good of you want to have something small than a regular plate.

Horribly organized service, incredibly long waiting times for table, food. A fight for the attention of the waiters. tasteless pizza but pretty cheap.

Decent restaurant in Sao Vicente. Order the sea food rice and pudding if you do come here.

Very disappointed: the papaya juice was watery, the French fries were hard and not fresh, and the calamari had a strong smell of old oil.

I don't think this place is called "O cocktail" anymore - at least the sign downstairs showed something else.... And though food usually takes a while to arrive the pizza and burgers were good. If you are looking for value for money it's a good location. I recommend the "Big Element" (lol) a big burger with egg, cheese, ham and it even comes with fries. All for around 3$ (Dec 2022). Never been there in the evenings but during the days it's mostly quiet. The terrasse is big and airy. It's not a fancy place but service is friendly, they got WiFi and we went back a few times for that tasty burger! 😀😀
