Excellent food at a very good price in a restaurant with a lovely ambience, so glad we tried it. I’ve no hesitation in recommending Chef Teresa to others.

Best restaurant on Cabo Verde. I have eaten in several Michelin star restaurants which are no comparison to this place. No surprise: Reservation is obligatory Don't miss it.

A secluded restaurant in a residential area close to the beach and hotels. We arrived a bit early without reservations and waited for Teresa to open the locked restaurant door, which was promptly locked behind us. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is tranquil and an excellent choice for a romantic dinner. We enjoyed well prepared entrees and dessert with a half bottle of wine (no wines by the glass). There is a standard cover charge and the prices are a bit higher that other local restaurants but worth it if you are looking for an interesting experience.

Teresa’s is excellent! Octopus and prawn rice was amazing! Very comfy atmosphere for wine lovers…

We arrived to the modest, side street location. The front door is locked, and parties are allowed in individually. Chef Teresa greeted, and waited on us. Customer service may not be her strong suit. I found her patronizing. The food was very good but... the experience was marred by the snooty, self-important, colonialist vibe. The space had little to no windows and felt like a wine cellar. The quality of the food was 4 stars, very good. The space was 3 stars, service 3 stars... so overall just ok.
