Chegamos de noite, estando a recepção fechada. O segurança de entrada tinha a nossa chave e nos indicou o quarto. Foi muito educado e prestável. Aliás esse é o ponto alto. Todos os funcionários são muito prestaveis e simpáticos. O quarto é muito espaçoso e a limpeza impecável. É uma suíte com vista para a piscina, sem varanda. Dentro tem um microondas e um mini frigorífico com alguns itens, variados entre bebidas e sólidos. A meu ver falta secador, que penso poder ser pedido na recepção e um cofre, para quem quiser deixar seguro alguns bens. Temos mesa, sofá, TV que apanhou um bom sinal, tem ar condicionado e ventoinha. A NET tem sinal fraco, fugindo pontualmente. Tivemos contacto com a recepção no dia seguinte, onde efectuámos logo o pagamento dos cinco dias. Foi muito atenciosa e nos ajudou em tudo o que perguntamos. A piscina é limpa diariamente pela manhã. O hotel encontra-se no início do monte, sendo barulhento devido às obras em seu redor. Convém veículo próprio. Para nós deslocarmos utilizamos o táxi, 3 a 4euros por cada viagem, ir e voltar, mínimo 6 euros, existe em redor transporte público. Para comer é preciso deslocação.

The room wasn't to my liking, so I wanted to leave. The manager thought I had his room keys, so he whistled and yelled at me to give them back as I was leaving his hotel. I told him my father had them and that I didn't appreciate his manner of speaking to me at all. At that point, he exploded and tried to punch me in the face. A cleaning lady screamed and begged him to stop when she saw what was happening. I had to film her, threatening to call the police to stop him from hitting me. I put my phone down, and the "security guards" chased me down the street, hurling insults, making bizarre gestures, and being very physically aggressive. Once again, I filmed them, threatened them with the police, and immediately got into a taxi to prevent things from escalating. I've never seen anything like it. I've been traveling all my life, I'm a nurse, I'm not here to fight. The staff's reaction was incredibly violent.

It's not a 4-star hotel as advertised. They don't have the services they advertise, like a terrace, which isn't there. The hotel reception depends on the day and time; we arrived on the weekend and there was no one to greet us or check us in. We didn't have breakfast all weekend until we complained, and from the third day onwards we were finally able to have breakfast at the hotel. The breakfast situation might seem minor, but it's not, as it's IMPOSSIBLE to get down from the hotel except by taxi (the hotel is located far away, in a dangerous and unlit area), and there's nothing within walking distance. So, it costs 3 or 4 euros to go down and the same to go back up. You're right next to a scrap yard, and there's construction going on nearby, so it's very noisy. The sun loungers by the pool are broken, there's no café (except for breakfast), the mattresses are best left unmentioned, and I don't want to go on... The good thing: the hotel is always spotless, and the cleaning staff are really nice, especially Sandra. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The complex and the rooms are exceptionally clean. The pool is thoroughly cleaned daily. The room is comfortably large and features a refrigerator, dining table, and couch. A kitchenette is probably only available in the larger apartments. Room service is available upon request, I think. We didn't need it. Check-in was in halting English, but friendly, helpful, and hassle-free. Changing to another room with a pool view was also no problem. Late check-out at 8:00 PM for our appointment was free of charge. Parking is available in the guarded courtyard, which is locked with a sliding gate at night. Security allows entry and exit. Your own vehicle is essential due to the exposed location (recommendation: Route238 Rent-a-Car). The photos suggest balconies (with a pool view). Unfortunately, this is just an optical illusion! WiFi in our room (24 Mbps) was only available with our own router. But then smooth streaming was possible. The TV had no reception.

Poor location, far from everything. Be careful, booked through Booking.com, paid the full price, and the pool is inoperable. No goodwill gesture. Basic tourist trap.
