Went here twice to get the meal of the day, one time feijoada and the other was grilled chicken. Both were nice and only 500. They also have several other items on the menu and everything for affordable prices. I can recommend this place

I’ve already eaten here three times! The food is delicious and incredibly affordable. Big compliments to the chefs and the great service! My only small comment is that the presentation of the dishes could be improved a little but that’s all!

The place seems to be frequented more by tourists than by locals. Guides bring their clients here. The fish soup was good but the portion was quite small. Prato do dia (450 escudos) - frango gratinado com arroz e salada - was very small, not enough for one person and not very tasty. A lot of dishes are made of frozen ingredients.

As there are not many restaurants in Ribeira Grande, we went several times to this restaurant during our stay. Overall food is good. The chicken with goat cheese is really good ! Staff is friendly and prices are really correct. After trying other restaurants in Ribeira Grande, this is definitely our favorite !

I spent one night at Cantinho da Amizade. The rooms are correct for local standards but very very simple and the shower did not worked so well. One night is ok, more I couldn't... The host is amazing and the food was some of the best I had in 1 week travelling 🥲🇨🇻
