I had wanted to try octopus for some time and I chose this restaurant to do so. The octopus tasted delicious, but there were two downsides: the excessive amount of oil (see photo) and the lack of orange flavor in the so-called 'orange sauce'. To my knowledge, the only orange in the dish was the slice on top. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful. My dinner was served quickly too. The menu offered lots of (traditional) options as well. Keep in mind when sitting here: tourists walk in often to check out the souvenir shop and it can be quite noisy and windy, due to the busy street corner and the beach.

They accommodated us on New Year’s Day- which was unexpected and appreciated! But the service took a long time, I think maybe they said yes to too many people. The fresh fish pasta was tasty and generous.

Great place to sit and watch town life walk and drive past. Excellent chips and vegan pizza (no cheese) with good selection of vegetables on it that was ok. Flavoursome pepper oil.

After waiting 1 hour for take away pizza we left for another place. We also saw another table returning a whole pizza so probably was not that good anyways! The chef was screaming from the kitchen angrily when we kindly asked when the pizza will be ready.

I had the impression that the white European customers get their food before the others. Italian customers who came at the same time like us got their food long before we left. We waited long enough that we had to cancel the order and leave and went to another restaurant a block away, which was way faster.
