The apartment has some great features (spaciousness, location just steps from the beach, and a good price), but they need to make a small investment to fix minor damages. It doesn’t require big changes, just some care to give it a better appearance. The person in charge of check-ins and check-outs isn’t the friendliest.

Fantastic Stay! We had a wonderful time at this beautiful apartment. The space was clean and modern, providing all the comforts we needed. The surrounding area felt very safe, and it was conveniently located close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The 24-hour security gave us extra peace of mind, and the hotel manager, José, was incredibly friendly and helpful. He even called to check if everything was to our liking and if we needed any assistance. We highly recommend this place!

It is such a shame to start the holiday with a room that meets your expectations. The room looked beautiful, but we didn’t know that the room was on ground level, which meant that we couldn’t leave the windows open. Thereby it felt a bit unsafe knowing that the apartment could be easily entered. after our first shower, we discovered a leak. Luckily, one of the employees helped us clean the floor and José came to the apartment to check the problem. We asked for another room, hoping that the shower would be okay and hopefully get a softer mattress. Also in this apartment, the shower didn’t work as it should have and the doors of the shower failed to open and close normally. The mattress was somehow better, but the bed itself felt unstable. Jose told us he would fix this, but that didn’t happen. Also, we didn’t hear anything from the owners. We expected more… So our feedback: - add the floor levels on booking - fix your showers - fix the beds (also talking about hygiene… the covers came loose every turn I made…) - I don’t know why it’s called deluxe? Still, thank you José for trying and helping us! Hopefully, others will have a more positive experience.

Apartment were really nice and very close to the city center and the beaches (i reccomend Morabeza beach club, it's a beauty). The best thing of all was José, the apartment manager. Belive me, he is most your best friend than a manager. He helped us in any possible and impossible way. If we spent a good holiday in BoaVista, 50% is due to José. If we came back, hopefully, for sure I'll call José for the accomodation. BoaVista was beautifull, beaches and sea are marvellous, apartment was very nice, but José was great

We booked for 15 days, and we only got apartment for 1 week. We have been going on holiday to Boavista (Cape Verde) for a few years now and this was the worst treatment and behavior from the apartment managers we have had. After this terrible experience, we will be very careful not to book any more apartments managed by Fabien and Marta. We booked an apartment for 15 days through Booking in April. When we arrived on July 30th at 12.30pm, there was no one to welcome us. Only after we managed to get in touch with them, Marta finally showed up and showed us the apartment. When she opened the door, we saw that the apartment had not yet been cleaned, although they knew in advance the time at which we would check in. Marta said she was going to call the cleaning ladies, but in the meantime, we could put our bags there. When we entered the apartment, in addition to being completely dirty, the bed mattress was also wet, and the entire apartment had a very intense smell of tobacco. As I am allergic to tobacco, I said I would not stay in an apartment in this condition. Marta then called someone, probably Fabien, who was willing to put us in another apartment until the next day, promising that when we arrived it would be in good condition. In this process, there was not even an apology from Marta. The next day, when we went to see the apartment we had booked, we found that the smell of tobacco was still very intense. We then said that we couldn't stay there, because the smell was unbearable. Then Fabien arrives , shouting at us, with a very aggressive behavior and enormous arrogance, saying that no one had smoked in the apartment and the smell we were smelling was damp. Whatever the case, it was not possible for anyone to sleep in an apartment with that smell, which is why we insisted that it was not possible for us to stay there. Fabien, turning his back on us, shouted again that he no longer had any apartment for us. At that moment my wife and I intervened, asking for calm. Fabien said that maybe there was another apartment, but that we would have to pay more, as it was bigger. We asked what the difference was, he said to go and see the apartment and then tell us the difference. We went to see the new apartment which was actually of better quality and we decided to stay. Fabien said that we could only stay in this apartment for 1 week, but that he would then try to find another equivalent one for the second week. However, the next day he said that he didn't have an apartment for us for the second week, giving no further explanation and not being willing to help us find an alternative for the remaining vacation days (15 according to the original reservation). In this entire process, there was not a single apology again. During the week we had in the apartment managed by Fabien and Marta, one of our children became ill. When my wife asked for more towels and bleach to clean the bathrooms, there was no response, Marta simply ignored the message. Given their insistence, they ended up sending the cleaning ladies to the apartment with the requested products, but this process took 2 days. Meanwhile, the last day arrived, as we didn't have any information from Marta or Fabien on how to check out, my wife sent a message to Marta saying that we had to leave by 10am and that we needed to know the What to do with the keys? Again we didn't get a response, Marta again completely ignored us. So, as the cleaning ladies were arriving, we simply handed them the keys and left the apartment. Again there was no further news or clarification from Fabien or Marta. AN AUTHENTIC SHAME! NEVER AGAIN!! We don't recommend it.
