Room big (apartment #6: bedroom, open plan kitchen/ living room, bathroom, balcony facing away from the sea). TV didn't work (the cable connector doesn't fit the TV, it's disconnected), bathroom window couldn't open, little bit of the sea visible only from the roof terrace, not from any room, as there are other buildings in the view. Seaview was advertised at the time of booking. Otherwise, I would go for cheaper similar options in the area. Staff very helpful and friendly. Just it's hard to get them in the evening when office closed. Even if the owner Fabio lives in the building. Located 5 minutes walking to the beach when the square was a bit flooded after rains, otherwise it would take shorter across the square. Close to shops and pubs. Opposite hospital. On the edge of the town. After sunset there are many mosquitoes in the town, so close the windows and wear repellent (which is hard to find in local shops).

Had a wonderful stay at Ca Elsa. True "Cape Verde" style everything was "no stress". Fabio was really helpful to suggest the best way to get around, finding best car hire and lunch spots. Excellent location also, close to beach and town centre

Very sympatic, always helpfull owner of the apartment komplex. Room are super clean ( everyday cleaning) comfortable have garden, wifi and great vibe. Is very well located in quite place few minutes walk from the best Estoril beach in Sal Rei, also from all sport and beach bars as well from the center of the main village restaurants and bars. Totally reccomend for couples families and big groups also. You can ask the owner for rental and trips arround the island as well you will be very satisfied.
