If you can't find something to eat here you are super fussy!! Extensive salad bar plenty of fresh fruit or pastries. Variety of dishes every day. The meat and fish is cooked fresh every meal times by the chefs and I watched a member of staff probe the food on the hot plates to see if it was served at the correct temperature. All modern appliances on view with hand washing facilities that you can see being used regularly. The waiters do a superb job too, the resteraunt is spotless. Thank you very much we enjoyed every meal on our holiday.

The Boa Vista restaurant serves excellent Cape Verdean food and was one of the highlights of our stay. The dishes were full of flavour, and the overall experience was very enjoyable. The meal begins with a buffet of starters, offering both hot and cold options. Cold starters included tuna carpaccio, octopus salad, tuna salad, potato salad, and green asparagus. The hot starters featured grilled salmon skewers, grilled fish (although the fish contained many small bones), as well as traditional dishes such as cachupa and a hearty lamb stew. For the main course, you order directly at the table. The options are mixed skewers (chicken, beef, and pork), mixed fish (a tuna steak, three prawns, and three mussels), or an octopus stew in a rich tomato sauce. The octopus stew was particularly delicious — tender, flavourful, and very well prepared. Side dishes are selected from the buffet. The plantain chips and fried yucca were outstanding. The yucca, lightly flavoured with garlic, was especially good and incredibly moreish. Dessert is also buffet style and similar to what is offered in the main restaurant. There was fresh fruit (orange, melon, and pineapple), flan/pudim, and a German-style milchreis with cinnamon, which was unsweetened. The service was friendly and efficient. The only drawback was the layout: there were slightly too many tables in a relatively small space, which meant limited privacy and easy eavesdropping between neighbouring tables.

This fish restaurant is worth booking if you like fish and is one of the best out of the 3 restaurants available to book. Starts are buffet/self-service Mains, you order 1, mixed meat kebabs 2, stewed octopus 3, mixed seafood Desserts are buffet/self-service The food here is very nice and tasty. Our table was booked for 20:45 and the food was still as good as oening. Recommend you visit here when at Rui Touareg

A great evening out in the peaceful Boa Vista restaurant. A speciality here is the Octopus stew which is well worth a try. There is also a seafood selection or kebabs on the main course menu. Starters and deserts are buffet style with plenty of choice. Service is excellent from the friendly staff.

Staff work very hard and replace items that are nearly gone. The music in the evening in the sports bar was very depressing to listen to. Some upbeat music for holidaymakers. Buffet food was pretty much the same as a 3*. All Inclusive meant having what you want so could change every night.
