we regularly visited for morning coffee and cake. I found the staff friendly and helpful. Good Italian coffee and a selection of fresh delicious cake. We had one evening meal which was delicious. Enjoyed the painted walls and tables.

Great place, great people! Mirko, Matia and team made my family and I feel welcome and very comfortable throughout our stay. From initial booking to giving us tips throughout our stay to check out everything was great. The rooms are comfortable and clean, breakfast was great, and their restaurant serves great food. Highly recommend!

If you are coming to Maio, stay at Big Game Maio. The owners and staff are wonderful! We had to stay on the island for an extra day because of a flight cancellation and they were incredibly helpful and accommodating our stay during the high season. The mattress was good and the AirCon was what I needed after the long hot days out on the island. The breakfast was delicious. And don't miss dinner there too. Absolutely wonderful. 5 stars for sure. We also rented a car for one day from them, which was simple and quick to book.

Rented a quad for two persons for the whole day and really enjoyed it. Perfect way to discover the island of Maio for a fair price and visit remote, pristine beaches and cute, little villages. Service was satisfactory (clear instructions, advice on do’s and don’ts, no troubles with deposit or payment). Would definitely recommend. That evening we ate pizza’s at the same place. Good value for money and good service!

The restaurant was great, our waiter Juan was amazing and very helpful when choosing the food! The man speaks 10 languages! 😄 Food was good and passion fruit caipirinhas were to die for!
