Valdir is the most welcoming person I’ve met in all Cabo Verde. He can arrange for you wine tasting, volcano hike, and cook for you after your hike. He is a guide, a cook, a winemaker and more. Just ask him if you need anything, he has all the contacts! If the door is closed, just call the number on the sign. Delicious local products and goat cheese. Thank you 🙏

Very good experience at Vava's restaurant. Not only our guide for the vulcano but also a really good chef and wine maker. In fact, you can taste his wine Manecon and discover fogo's products
