The best meal I had in Ribeira Grande (there aren’t many good options to be honest). Decent pizzas and some vegetarian options.

Great Caipirinhas - would definitely recommend. Pizza was delicious too. Staff were friendly and very accommodating.

A real surprise, you have to find this Mastur Bar in this neighborhood near the sea near the football stadium. The reward: delicious cuisine, original decor, attentive and very friendly service, and what more can we say about the very reasonable prices? We loved it! January 2025, another stop in Ribeira Grande, we went to dinner at Mastur Bar. A great atmosphere on Sunday evening, calmer on Monday. A festive spot in a sleepy town, very friendly waiter, and top-notch dishes!

As a Dutch person the name is rather humorous. The food however was fine! The mixed shoarma was nothing like the ones we know in the Netherlands but was very tasty!

A comida é muito deliciosa mas ali é meio do um beco muito perigoso agora para a polícia está rodando com drone por isso que eu fico muito medo de ir para aquele lugar
