What a wonderful place to relax! I was here on a business trip and staying at this hotel felt like a piece of heaven to come home to. The pool is nice and warm until late in the evening. The fridge is always full with a nice cold refreshment. There are peanuts and potato chips at your disposal. The beds are very comfortable and we slept very well. Even though I'm vegan I had a nice selection of bread and jams at the buffet. There was always fresh juice and fresh fruit. The hotel is very clean and the owners are amazing people! Can not recommend them highly enough.

This is a fantastic place to stay! The location is great, the staff are very welcoming and helpful. The hosts Wim and Hilde are very friendly and available for information (speaking many languages). The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean, with good WiFi connection. Breakfast is delicious with a good choice of food. After a long walk in the mountains you can cool off in the pool and have a swim. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this lovely place and would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

After a stay in the nature we arrived in this luxurious B&B. The rooms are beautiful, the bathroom equipped with a wonderful warm strong shower! The basement is a treasure for spending quality time whether at the Pool, reading, gaming or just setting there...freshness guaranteed. Wim and Hilde the Belgian owners know a lot about the island and where to go. Their joviale hospiltality make you feel home! Nice place to go back to! The location is beautiful in front of the ocean !

Plus: - Friendly and helpful owners - Spacious room with terrace - Good beds (pillows to fluffy for us) - Breakfast is fine but “nothing special”, just as the breakfast area - Swimming pool with honesty bar and leisure room - Close to Fontainhas (nice walk, less than 1 hour one direction) - Seaview (but not as in "charming seaview") Minus for us: - Too hot in the room, we couldn’t get it cool even with both windows (front and terrace) open – no airco and no wifi - Decoration and “atmosphere” could be more cosy; felt a bit cold for us but that’s a matter of taste of course - Location: next to the principal cobbled road which causes a lot of noise when cars pass by (during the night itself there aren't that many cars). Don't forget your earplugs if you're sensitive to noise. - Ponta do Sol had no charm for us - Make sure you make a reservation for dinner as there aren’t a lot of restaurants (Caleta is the best option)

Excellent hotel and wonderful staff! Very nice room with sea view and rich breakfast. The swimming pool with the bar is a very nice plus for the area. Wim and Hilde and their staff helped us to organize a wonderful staying in Santo Antao.
