We had a truly pleasant stay in this apartment in Praia, located near the city center and conveniently located for easy travel. The apartment is new, welcoming, and offers a splendid sea view, with breathtaking sunsets. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are well-maintained and functional, ideal for relaxing after a day out and about. The owner was a great asset: super kind, helpful, and very friendly. He met us at the airport and told us interesting facts about the locals, making the experience even more authentic. In conclusion, a comfortable, modern apartment with a wonderful view, managed by a truly special host. Highly recommended!

The bedroom with a double bed is beautiful and has a bathroom. The room with the bunk beds is very small and uncomfortable. The apartment is poorly insulated, and if there are other guests in the other apartments, everything can be heard.

Clean and well-maintained. Very friendly and hospitable hosts. Check-out was at 12 pm, but they let us leave later. Highly recommended.
