The shower was rusty, with exposed wires in the outlets that would trip the breaker. We needed to coordinate baths with our group who stayed in the same building so that we wouldn’t shut down the power for the entire building. In our case, we got the “best” room, which included a washing machine, that we used since the cleaning service was irregular (only came once to our room in 5 nights, although it went to another room almost every day)

The service was terrible, the ladies who served us were rude and the apartments were in very poor condition. The power in the entire building fails if several guests take a shower at the same time. The air conditioning was facing the beds and working poorly. The cleaning service didn't come into our room once in the 5 nights we were there. The showers had no doors and were rusty. Colleagues of ours who arrived earlier were given a miserable room and then when we arrived we were given that same room. After raising the issue we were dubbed "problematic" guests. I've been to a place that was going to close two days later and I slept better there than here.

Quarto espaçoso, duche com falta de porta. Só dá para cozinhar algo que não faça muito vapor e sem cheiro, pois não tem exaustor. Sofá muito velho, rasgado. Com uma manta a disfarçar. Mas o hotel, ao qual pertencem os apartamentos, é muito bom e o pequeno almoço muito delicioso. Vale mais o hotel.

There is no swimming pool despite the beautiful photos (out of service), no balcony either for the Santiago apartment 30m from the hotel. The location is very good and the staff is lovely. The apartment is spacious, some small hot water problems on arrival were quickly fixed. Very basic apartment and 1 power outlet for the fridge, microwave and washing machine. Bring a power strip!!!
